Showtime A-holes… yep, barely two years have passed since James Gunn delivered his big, brassy space adventure (with mild swears!) and, even though expectations were muted, the film flew off like a rocket. Now, the crazy kids are back with more alien fighting, comic banter and, yes, mild swears, with a story that takes place just two months after the original. Rumour has it that Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord takes his merry band out in the universe to collect some more info – Skywalker-style – on the true nature of his fams. This new trailer hints that this sequel has taken the tried-and-tested template and replicated it to the letter. 17 May 2017 is when we’ll find out how true that is.
