Access Information

Here at Little White Lies, we’re committed to providing equal access across all our platforms. We recognise the importance of inclusion and access, and we are assessing and improving the accessibility of our content on a continuous basis, so that we can create a welcoming and enriching experience for disabled and d/Deaf readers.

We’ve created this page to inform readers of the access measures we currently practice, and to make you aware of accessibility updates and ongoing developments. If you have any questions or feedback about our access provisions or website, we’d love to hear from you. You can contact us by email at hello@tcolondon.com or phone at +44 (0) 207 729 3675

Captions

We’re working to ensure that all our videos have English language closed captions. Head to our YouTube channel to access our videos.

Alt Text and Image Descriptions

We’re also making our website and social media channels more accessible for those who use screen readers and other assistive technologies, by including alt text and image descriptions for content featuring images.

Website

Our website is routinely updated with accessibility in mind. We are currently working on improving alt text, font size and colour contrast, installing an accessibility toolbar, and other measures. We are also speaking with consultants to identify access issues and to improve wherever we can.

Magazine

Our magazine is at the heart of everything we do, and we regularly assess things like readability, colour contrast and layout styles. In 2021 we increased the point size of main body text to 8.5 based on reader feedback.

If you are having difficulties accessing this website, feel free to contact us at hello@tcolondon.com or on +44 (0) 207 729 3675

About Little White Lies

Little White Lies was established in 2005 as a bi-monthly print magazine committed to championing great movies and the talented people who make them. Combining cutting-edge design, illustration and journalism, we’ve been described as being “at the vanguard of the independent publishing movement.” Our reviews feature a unique tripartite ranking system that captures the different aspects of the movie-going experience. We believe in Truth & Movies.
