Brie Lar­son gets caught in the cross­fire in this NSFW first look at the director’s peri­od crime drama.

“Why doesn’t every­body just calm the fuck down!” screams Brie Lar­son in the beardy, sweary, lung-bust­ing­ly vio­lent first trail­er for writer/​director Ben Wheatley’s hot­ly antic­i­pat­ed lat­est, Free Fire.

Set in the late 1970s some­where in Boston, the film pri­mar­i­ly takes place in an aban­doned ware­house where Larson’s bro­ker has set up a meet­ing between Irish gang­sters (Cil­lian Mur­phy, Michael Smi­ley) and a pair of skit­tish gun traders (Sharl­to Cop­ley and Armie Hamer). Suf­fice to say, the deal doesn’t down as planned.
