A special restoration of this classic British thriller from 1948 is being released.

Often cited as being one of the most successful film to be told from a child’s point of view, The Fallen Idol marked the first collaboration between director Carol Reed and screenwriter and novelist Graham Greene, who would go on to work together on The Third Man and Our Man in Havana.
